Fulton is a global manufacturer of heat transfer products, including steam boilers, hotwater boilers, and thermal fluid heaters. Fulton has manufacturing facilities in Bristol England; Hangzhou, China; Alliance, OH; and Pulaski, NY, with representation in most countries worldwide.

TCS/Fulton's 50,000 sq. ft. fully integrated manufacturing facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machining and welding equipment geared for high-volume, fast turn around productions. In addition, design/engineering work closely with manufacturing to ensure consistent, quality products. Those products are backed by a complete after sales program of technical, informational, and service assistance.

To accommodate your diverse needs our compact standardized TCU's (Temperature Control Units), with our unique "small footprint" designs, incorporate a vast array of process, mechanical, and control strategies for reactor vessels, batch-type dryers, and CIP systems as well as modular design for ease of maintenance. Customized Steel or Stainless Steel ASME certified vessels, as well as, chillers and tanks are also available.

We have received ISO-9001 certification, an industry benchmark for superior quality delivered at all stages of manufacturing. Our plant is ASME certified and was awarded the Hartford "Zero Defects" Award by Hartford Steam Boiler in recognition of superior quality.

MANAGEMENT:  

Roy Gerardi, Director of Technology 

Roy Gerardi graduated from Manhattan College in 1969 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. After graduation, his early experience working in R&D in the aircraft industry lead to an Application's Engineer position with Dean Products, where he was instrumental in producing technical literature and heat transfer standards for that company. Roy worked on key heat transfer projects such as cryogenic shrouds used by NASA for the LEM as well as Booster Rocket Testing.  

Seeking an outside sales position, Roy left Dean Products and became an outside salesman, Regional Manager, and later Branch Manager with ITT Grinnell, handling pipe, valves, fittings, engineered control valves, engineered pipe hangers and pipe fabrication for the Chemical Process and Power Industry. Roy held numerous management positions along the way. These applications provided a broad depth of market and design experience in the Chemical and Power Industries.  

Before starting the parent company of TCS Industries (REPCO) in 1988, Roy was a Director of Sales at Lightnin Mixers for 71/2  years and worked on several R&D committees. He was instrumental in the design of the Series 60 Lightnin drives currently used by DeDietrich USA for their glassed reactors, as well as several long term purchase agreements between Lightnin and key clients. This experience lead to an in-depth knowledge of glassed reactors, fermentation, crystallization, and other key processes in the Pharmaceutical Business.  

The 13-year history of REPCO focused on the representation of world leading companies in their fields, such as Chemineer Mixer, Brown Fintube, Fulton Thermal, Tranter, and others.   

As a wholly owned subsidiary of REPCO, TCS Industries was created by Roy Gerardi in 1994 to emphasize the need to grow the unique technologies associated with Single Fluid Systems, as well as skid mounted equipment in general.
