Operating thermal fluids below -20°F using liquid nitrogen requires specialized process and mechanical design. LN2000^TM technology by TCS is the solution. Specialty Fluid Systems This -150°F to +400°F system was designed for the R&D facility of a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. The application required specialty heat exchangers to heat and cool an alloy reactor. The instrumentation and controls are interfaced with the customer's DeltaVTM control platform. This temperature control unit has state-of-the-art technology making TCS the first to reach and master sustained temperatures to -150°F.

This -100°F to +400°F system incorporates an integrated expansion tank, deaerator tank, and thermal buffer tank in conjunction with control valves and heat exchangers. Controls are Class I, Div.
