Photo 11: Used for heating high pressure natural gas, this multi-tube hairpin heat exchanger is ASME Certified at 800 psi on shellside and tubeside (See inset photo). The gas fired heaters operate in lead-lag and circulate a single fluid media to heat natural gas depressurized from a high pressure transcontinental pipeline. The entire system is monitored and operated remotely. Standard packages are available for numerous gas flow rates. The fuel fired heater, heat exchanger, installation and start-up was provided by TCS Industries.
Photo 12: Calcium chloride brine media can corrode the walls of jacketed glass-lined reactors. This TCU uses a titanium plate and frame heat exchanger to convert the existing brine loop to non-corrosive 50% glycol. TCS will design, fabricate and install central loop conversions.
Photo 13: Using 300# flanged construction, this high flow system provides tight temperature control for the manufacture of synthetic lubricants. Included with this high temp heating and cooling system is a combination integral expansion tank, thermal buffer tank and deaerator. The deareator automatically vents air, steam and organic volatiles during start-up and continuous operation.
